Projects

Site-specific
Driven by curiosity and the urge to make sense of how and why we organise our living space like we do, I attempt to to draw ever new relations between the physic and non physic space around us. Such as the outside and inside, public and private, the users and the pavements.

The apartment
As a way of working I use a (fictional) apartment building as a tool for analysing how ideologies, habbits and social interactions are 'housed' in our livingspaces.

Collaborative project with Emmie Liebregts Characteristic of our artistic research method is ‘doing’. Doing consists of getting to know, moving, observing and interacting. In November '23 we started a research project that focuses on the mental and physical influences from a structured living environment. During Van Gogh Artist in Residence (Zundert, NL), we worked by a self-imposed structure which consisted of tight living routines. In contrast to this closed two-month working period, we explored the social existing structure of the psychiatric institution in Saint Rémy de Provence (FR) April '24. Currently we are wroking on Chapter III, time and place During a three month resicency at Goethe Institute, Villa Kamogawa, Kyoto, Japan.

Corps Collective

Corps Collective, an open collaboration between Klaar van der Lippe, Emmie Liebregts and Fenna Koot. The theme is collective body. Our aim is to make this abstract concept a more concrete tool.

We address the relationship between bodies themselves and between the body and the environment. We naturally explore these sensitivities in an environment of mutual respect and support.

Next workshop Nov 30th - 1 Dec Club Solo, Breda
